Our standard booking is for 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday) but outside the high season other options are possible.

Terms / Conditions & Further Information


• Prices quoted are per night for one to four people sharing
• Each additional person (fifth & sixth) pays an additional €10 per night
• An Austrian Tourist Tax of €2 per Adult per night is also payable
• Prices include wi-fi, wood for the fire, bedclothes, towels, cleaning, hot water and heating
• Your Booking is secured by payment of a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount due
• Bookings are confirmed with our guests after the booking deposit reaches our bank
• The balance of the amount owing is due 4 weeks before your arrival date
• Following receipt of the balance owing, arrangements will be made to exchange the keys to the apartment
• Each booking is accompanied by an additional refundable deposit against damages and excessive cleaning of €200
• Arrivals & Departures are on a Saturday unless otherwise arranged
• Arrival time is 17.00 &  Departure time is 10.00. These may be adapted to suit your requirements if requested
• Weekend rates are available on request.
